Ben Staten started his real estate career in Hilton Head, helping retirees and 2nd home buyers in the 80s. He moved back to GA in ‘93 to be closer to family and worked with a broker specializing in new construction homes. There he learned about the building process to assist buyers in customizing their homes. This experience helps Ben provide superior service to clients.
Ben is a Georgia native and his family resides in an Active Adult community in Cumming. He earned a BS in Mechanical Engineering at Georgia Tech & MBA from Georgia State.
Kathy Seger found working with the Active Adult market a natural progression in her 30+ year real estate career. As her clients aged and started looking for smaller homes and a carefree lifestyle, Kathy started to focus on learning about the Active Adult communities. She believes clients deserve an expert when looking for their Active Adult/55+ home. Now she shares that experience and knowledge with people from all over the globe.
Kathy raised her family in Cobb County and now resides in an Active Adult community in Woodstock near her two sons, their families, and her sister. She knows first-hand how great the Active Adult lifestyle is.
Kristen Mehr has built a successful career as a REALTOR. She started her career after being identified by an investor during the 2006 recession as someone to identify properties for purchase. After assisting her parents find an Active Adult community to move to in Metro Atlanta, she realized that she had an affinity for working with seniors as they explore transitioning to this exciting new chapter in their lives.
Kristen has experienced a fascinating life, volunteering to teach English to kids with HIV/AIDS in South Africa and working with non-profit organizations. She earned a Masters in Social Work at the University of Connecticut and resides in Roswell, having spent several years in Metro Atlanta.
Fran Kieffer has been around real estate all his life. As a kid, he worked for his dad, a builder and real estate broker, learning about new construction and other aspects of real estate. Before becoming a REALTOR, Fran had a successful career in the customer service industry, most notably his time at the Atlanta Ritz Carlton Downtown.
Fran grew up in Cobb County and now lives in Marietta. He earned his degree in social work at the University of Georgia. Today, Fran shares in knowledge of North Metro Atlanta as a lifelong resident, and his experience working with new construction with clients. Fran believes exceeding the expectations of his clients is his primary goal.
