Soleil Belmont Park General Information
Soleil Belmont Park is a unique Active Adult community in Canton GA. You’ll immediately relax as you drive the winding entrance parkway to the staffed Guard Gate. The community will ultimately have 471 homes on homesites 1/3 acre and larger. Amenities will literally be the hub and center of the community. Soleil Belmont Park will ultimately consist of 5 phases that spoke off the main parkway and amenity circle.
Soleil Belmont Park is one of three Atlanta area Active Adult communities, the others being Soleil Laurel Canyon in Canton on Hwy 53, the other opening soon in Grayson, Soleil Summit Chase.

The community has 8 floorplans, with a Model Home Park featuring some of them. The community has both slab and basement homesites, and some of the slab homes will have an option to add a loft with full bath for guests. Plans will range from approx. 1,400 sq. ft. to 2,800 sq. ft. in size. All homes have at least 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a 2-car garage. One plan offers a golf cart garage. You’ll immediately notice that lots are much wider than in typical Active Adult communities.

Amenities at Soleil Belmont Park
Unmatched amenities are numerous, both indoors and outside. The Clubhouse will begin construction Spring 2023 and will have a fitness center, aerobics room, teaching kitchen with individual stations, arts and crafts room, and space for other activities. For relaxation and socializing, head over to the cozy Spirits Bar with a fireplace and a wall of windows that open when the weather cooperates. Or swing by the Coffee Cafe with pastries and two outdoor seating areas.
Outdoors, the community will boast a resort-style pool with individual Cabanas and Pool Bar. Additionally, there will be tennis/pickleball courts, Bocce courts, Yoga lawn, Garden Center for growing plants, and Firepit.

HOA fees quarterly dues will cover all yard maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming shrubs, fertilization, and pine straw twice a year. And of course, use of all the amenities and staffing for the Guard Gate.
About the Area
Canton GA is a thriving suburb about 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The city is in Cherokee County, which offers great tax breaks for seniors starting at 62. Soleil Belmont Park is convenient to Canton, Woodstock, and Cumming.
Downtown Canton includes museums and restaurants for entertainment. As a result, the warm weather months offer shopping at the local Farmers Markets. Plus, there are numerous events on the city park or along the Etowah River Park to enjoy. Finally, Soleil Belmont Park is convenient to the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta in Woodstock that opened 2013. There are several regional shopping malls less than an hour away.
A new state of the art hospital, Northside-Cherokee Hospital, opened in 2017 and features a Women’s Center and Cancer Center. The hospital is about 5 miles from Soleil Laurel Canyon, providing top-notch medical care with about 700 doctors should the need arise.
