Updated May 1, 2021. Soleil Belmont Park is progressing with foundations being poured and streets paved. Currently we are anticipating pre-sales mid to late-summer with the first residents moving in early 2022. We will continue to update as we learn more about Soleil Belmont Park. *Note, please do not drive down the parkway at Hwy 20 as the parkway leading to the community is long and there is a possibility of you getting locked in behind the gate with no way to get out. Soleil Belmont Park is a new Resort-Style Active Adult community that will be in Cherokee County, near Canton, GA. The neighborhood is being developed and will be built under the Soleil brand as is it’s sister community in Canton, Soleil Laurel Canyon.
Soleil Belmont Park will be a unique Gated Active Adult community. You’ll immediately relax as you drive the winding entrance parkway. The community will ultimately have 471 homes on homesites 1/3 acre and larger. Amenities will literally be the hub and center of the community. Soleil Belmont Park will ultimately consist of 5 phases that spoke off the main parkway and amenity circle.

Soleil Belmont Park Floorplans
The community will have 8 floorplans, with a Model Home Park featuring 5 of them. The community will have both slab and basement homesites, and the slab homes will have an option to add a loft with full bath for guests. Plans will range from approx. 1,400 sq. ft. to 2,800 sq. ft. in size. All homes will have at least 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths and a 2 car garage. One plan offers a 3-car garage.
Design Options for your Home
Soleil Belmont Park has a wonderful and experienced Design Team. The state-of-art Design Center will be on-site with a myriad of options that you’ll want to make your home reflect your taste. And the team will work with you to meet your budget expectations as well.
Amenities at Soleil Belmont Park
Anticipated amenities are numerous, both indoors and outside. The Clubhouse will have a fitness center, indoor pool for laps, catering kitchen, arts and crafts room, and space for other activities. There’s even talk of a morning coffee bar and afternoon wine bar. Outdoors, the community will boast a resort pool, tennis, pickleball, event lawn, dog park, garden center, firepits, a private BBQ, and putting greens. Of course, with our current environment, these plans could very well evolve over the next few months.
Soleil Belmont Park HOA
We don’t have information yet on what the HOA fees will cover. However, we anticipate the monthly or quarterly dues will at least cover all yard maintenance, including mowing, edging, trimming shrubs, fertilization, and pine straw twice a year. And of course, use of all the amenities.
About the Area
Canton GA is a thriving suburb about 45 minutes from downtown Atlanta. The city is in Cherokee County, which offers great tax breaks for seniors starting at 62. Soleil Belmont Park is convenient to Canton, Woodstock, and Cumming.
Downtown Canton includes museums and restaurants for entertainment. As a result, the warm weather months offer shopping at the local Farmers Markets. Plus, there are numerous events on the city park or along the Etowah River Park to enjoy. Finally, Soleil Belmont Park is convenient to the Outlet Shoppes at Atlanta in Woodstock that opened 2013. There are several regional shopping malls less than an hour away.
A new state of the art hospital, Northside-Cherokee Hospital, opened in 2017 and features a Women’s Center and Cancer Center. The hospital is about 5 miles from Soleil Laurel Canyon, providing top-notch medical care with about 700 doctors should the need arise.
