The Lake Society on Lake Lanier is Atlanta’s newest luxury 55+ Active Adult community.  Located on the Northeast side of Lake Lanier the community will consist of 373 single family homes.  Homes will range from 2000-3400 sqft.  Larger homes will be on large lake lots with 62 homes having boat slips.  The community will feature a marina and restaurant.

This Gainesville community will have a state-of-the-art clubhouse with indoor pool, catering kitchen, cardio and strength training center, and more for residents.  Outdoor amenities include pickle ball, tennis. zero entry lazy river, and event lawn.  Activities and events will be coordinated by an on-site Activities Director.
