The Orchards of South Forsyth is a Cumming Active Adult community.  The community features a clubhouse with gathering areas, kitchen, and fitness center, and salt pool.  There are sidewalks throughout the community for powerwalks or evening strolls. Home Styles

Homes styles will be patio homes and townhouse villas.  The patio home style comes in two floor plans.  A 2-bedroom ranch or 3-bedroom ranch with optional bonus/bath upstairs or unfinished storage area with permanent stairs.  The townhouse villas have three floor plans, all with primary suites on the main and an abundance of storage.

Community Features

The Homeowners Assocation will be responsible for yard and common area maintenance so leave the lawn mover behind.  Exterior maintenance includes roof and painting.  The community will have sidewalks and streetlights.  The Orchards of South Forsyth are a perfect place to live a simpler lifestyle.
