Waterside is a new master-planned and gated community located in Peachtree Corners, in Gwinnett County. The community is scheduled to be built in two phases. Providence Group will be building in Phase one. While phase one is not 55+ restricted, it is age-friendly as are the amenities. Phase two is envisioned as 55+ oriented, final details are being worked out.

Waterside’s goal is to provide a community where aging in place is not just possible, but desirable. There will be both active and passive amenities throughout the community. In phase one, The Providence Group will be offering 56 single-family detached homes, some with owner’s suite on the main level. These homes will have side courtyards for private outdoor living. An elevator option will be available in some of the plans. Eleven homesites will be available for contracts within the month. Preliminary pricing is anticipated to be in the mid-600s.

Additionally, The Providence Group will be building 91 two and three story townhomes. These townhomes will offer an elevator option. Lastly, there will be 30 duplex townhomes that have a loft. Prices will start in the low 400s for these homes. We’ll update this page as more details are available.

Waterside – Peachtree Corners Amenities

The resort-style amenities are still being finalized but will be fantastic:

  • Most, if not all, of the amenities will be golf-cart accessible.
  • No playgrounds or kid’s pools!
