Had the privilege of working with a delightful couple last week from Chicago. They are relocating to be closer to their daughter and son-in-law. Since they were not familiar with Atlanta, they wanted to see several areas. We sent two days checking out some great Active Adult communities in Marietta, Cumming, and Hoschton.
They were very impressed with McConnell Green, a 55+ Windsong Properties near downtown Marietta. They also liked Bridlewood at Mountain Crest in Cumming. Both communities are new construction and are actively selling homes.
Judie and Tom finally settled on Del Webb Chateau Elan in Hoschton. They decided a larger Active Adult community would provide the opportunity to make friends and find activities, They knew this would be the better place to live. They are excited to be building a home and making the choices for what their home will be.
