Three Sales in Two Active Adult Communities

One Active Adult buyer created three sales for us this spring in two Active Adult communities.  Met a lovely lady wanting to move to an Active Adult community.  Quickly find her a new home at Orchards Park Ridge in Buford.  After finding the new home, she asked us to help sale her home in Duluth, an older home in Cardinal Lake neighborhood.  Had an agent call the day the sign went in the yard….she and her mother drove through the community often and always commented how much they loved the house from the outside.  The agent brought her mother to see the home and we closed in about 45 days.  Everyone  is happy!  Now the interesting part….the agent that sold the Duluth home needed to sale her mom’s home also in Duluth at Harris Orchards. She mentioned she did not want to list the house.  We quickly let her know we were interested in listing the house since the home was in an Active Adult community.  The agent/homeowner was agreeable, pictures were taken, marketing was started, and the agent/homeowner called to say here is a name and number to call about the house.  Would you believe the that person bought the Harris Orchards house that day.  Well they did.  One buyer, three sales, and three happy clients made for an exciting time this spring.
