Community Amenities

Amenities at Courtyards at Bailey Farm will include community pool, clubhouse with fitness center, pickleball, dog park, walking trails and pond with dock.  Homeowners Association will be responsible for lawn maintenance and amenities.  Fees will $185.00 per month.
