McConnell Green – Active Adult Community Marietta

Spent some time at McConnell Green an Atlanta Active Adult community located West to Downtown Marietta the end of this week. Windsong Properties is the developer and builder of the community.  The community has been open approximately six months and phase I of the community is nearly sold out.{[}]{[}]There are four floorplans to choose from.  The homes include two bedrooms and two baths with flex space for home office, den, or third bedroom.  The kitchens are spacious with walk-in pantries.  Several plans include optional living area upstairs.   All the homes have covered patios with wonderful outdoor space.{[}]{[}]Amenities at McConnell Green, a 55+ community, include Clubhouse featuring gathering area, workout room, library, and catering kitchen.  The large covered patio is ideal for meeting friends.
