Owenby an exciting new Active Adult Community in Woodstock will be opening first quarter 2022. Builder for the community is Windsong Properties, along time Active Adult developer. The community will have one story courtyard homes. Located about 10 minutes from Downtown Woodstock, residents of Owenby will find everything nearby.
Community Information
Owenby will have around 50 homes. There will be a community clubhouse and sidewalks. The homeowner’s association will maintain yards and common areas. Particulars regarding the community will be released soon.

Residents will find shopping within a short 10-minute drive to grocery and big box stores. Dining and entertainment with numerous options are in Downtown Woodstock.
