The Orchards of East Cherokee is an Active Adult community developed by The Orchards Group, North of Woodstock.  The community is convenient to I-575 and North Fulton. Unlike many older communities developed by The Orchards Group, this neighborhood has two distinct housing types, with Ranch Condo homes at the entrance and detached single family homes in the back of the neighborhood.

The ranch condominiums known as the “Southern Heritage Collection” features four distinct floorplans (92 condos total) with 2 and 3 bedroom options on the Main level plus an Bonus Room above the Garage that has an optional full bath.
