Walkable Woodstock Adds New Residents

Downtown Woodstock GA will soon be adding new residents within walking distance of the city’s shops, restaurants and park. According to the Cherokee Tribune, Walton Communities is completing a complex including 308 apartments, retail space and for-sale housing. The community is named Woodstock West by Walton and just a block west of Main Street, an easy stroll for residents.{[}]{[}]

Woodstock in recent years has transformed into a thriving downtown by making sidewalk and road improvements and is continuing to take advantage of the market’s increased desire to live in an urban walkable community even in the suburbs.{[}]{[}]

Garden Street is the Active Adult neighborhood in Woodstock. With only 28 homes, it sold out quickly and there are currently no resale homes. Please call us at 404-323-0049 or email us info@redhotatlantahomes.com if you would like information about other Active Adult neighborhoods in Woodstock.
