Soleil at Laurel Canyon
It’s been a busy couple of weeks at Soleil Laurel Canyon for us. Three clients have chosen this Active Adult community in Canton to be their new home. One purchaser is local to Metro Atlanta and two are moving into the area from out of state. All liked the amenities offered at Soleil plus being able to make friends easily. We have seen through out the years, lifestyle and social opportunities are important to our buyers. We look forward to introducing each client some of their neighbors.
One of the clients from Florida was amazed at all the organized groups of activities offered. Another was excited about the location being near all the outdoor hiking and kayaking that it offered nearby. One just loved the house. Soleil Laurel Canyon is a community that has something for everyone.

A important item to all of these buyers was having easy access to everything. Within a 5 to 15 minute drive residents of Soleil Laurel Canyon have grocery and drug stores with several options. Restaurants are plentiful with locally owned and chain eateries. Big box store such as Target, Kohls, Belk’s, Best Buys, Lowes and Home Depot are all located in Canton. Northside Cherokee Hospital is located about 10 to 15 minutes away.
