Del Webb Chateau Elan is a Resort-Style Hoschton Active Adult community in northeast Metro Atlanta. With a location close to Interstates 85 and 985, it is convenient to downtown Atlanta. Upon completion, there will be 783 homes and the community now has more than 300 residents.
Homeowners may also qualify for a substantial break in property taxes. Most of Del Webb Chateau Elan is in Gwinnett County, with a portion in Hall County. Del Webb has unveiled some new open-concept floorplans at Del Webb Chateau Elan, showcasing three collections. The Passport collection has four plans for those looking for a smaller home. Additionally, the Expedition collection offers three plans for those looking for a more moderate downsizing. Lastly, the Pinnacle collection has three plans with the largest being 2,546 sq ft plus any structural additions.
All plans offer one-level living and the opportunity to add the following structural options: loft, sunroom, screened porch, golf cart bay, and covered back porch just to mention a few. Both slab and basement homesites are available based on topography.

Homeowner Dues Include
HOA fees at Del Webb Chateau Elan include comprehensive homeowner yard maintenance, including mowing, edging, pruning, fertilization, and pine straw. Fees also include the clubhouse and almost all associated activities, grounds and entrance plus pocket parks maintenance. The result will be a well-manicured look everywhere in the community.

The amenities at Del Webb Chateau Elan sparkle, highlighted by an 18,000 sq ft, 2-story clubhouse. Enjoy the resort-style outdoor pool or the heated indoor lap pool. And there is a state-of-the-art fitness facility with both free weight and machines, treadmills and other cardio equipment. A personal trainer will be on-site to demonstrate equipment usage or have personal training sessions.
The Clubhouse has a large ballroom, aerobic studio, teaching kitchen, arts, and crafts room, meeting and card rooms, and a great open-air space for concerts and other outdoor events. Besides the pool and Event Lawn, other outdoor activities include tennis and pickleball courts, bocce, and a dog park. The terrain throughout the community allows for easy walking or biking throughout the 385 acre community.
Outside the community, there are golf courses nearby that are used regularly by golfers. All are an easy golf cart ride away on the Brazelton cart path system. Lake Lanier is about 10 minutes away and offers just about any water-related activities you can think of. With a full-time lifestyle director coordinating events and groups exclusively for the homeowners, there is no shortage of things to do!
Del Webb Chateau Elan stretches across both Gwinnett and Hall Counties. Both counties offer great tax breaks for seniors starting at 65. The location is terrific with Publix, Kroger and restaurants, drug stores, banks and other conveniences less than a mile away. Everything is accessible via the golf cart path system.
Nearby are several cities to enjoy, including Hoschton, Brazelton, and historic downtown Gainesville. The Hamilton Mill shopping district is less than 10 minutes away. There you have any of the big box stores and familiar restaurants you know Also convenient is the bustling Mall of Georgia, about 20 miles away.
Should you need medical attention, there is an Urgent Care less than two miles away. Next door is Northeast Georgia Medical Center Brazelton. A sister hospital to Northeast Georgia Medical Center, a nationally recognized hospital in Gainesville, you have access to any doctors or treatments you need.
